For more than 25 years, AADA has strived to unite Africans and Americans in the pursuit of promoting higher education (both domestically and abroad), eradicating illiteracy in the Akokwa community and building/developing schools and libraries within the town. Our vision is to be a catalyst for change not only in Akokwa, but throughout Nigeria. Our long term goals and commitments towards expanding public health education, providing clean and safe water supplies to various areas in Akokwa, and economic development are reflective of that vision.
